SHIPPING

We offer complimentary ground shipping via USPS on all U.S. orders over $175. This of course is before taxes and shipping fees.
It will be delivered standard within 3 to 7 business days.

Standard/USPS – Arrives within 3-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This is just an estimate, and does not include weekends or holidays. Please note: While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, cutetomboy.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Note: Your order must reach us by 1PM (PST). It will normally be delivered within two business days.

*Overnight Delivery – Orders placed for overnight service must be received before 1PM (PST) and will ship out the same day for arrival the following day (excluding holidays and weekends).

Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with shipping details and a USPS tracking number. Follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

*You, or an authorized person, must sign for your order upon arrival. This ensures your purchases are safely delivered to you. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, USPS will leave a slip for you to pick up from your nearest post office.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may return any product ordered on the cutetomboy.com website for refund or exchange within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date, returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was received and in the original packaging. The original invoice must also be provided with any return and/or exchange.

Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Square) will require a handling & processing fee of $6.00, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non refundable.

  3. Once you have found your order, click the “Return This Order” button
  4. Select the order or item(s) you would like to returns and indicate the reason for your return.
  5. Choose a return for store credit or for a refund. Please note, returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Square) will require a handling & processing fee of $6.00, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  6. Print your label and place label on the outside of the package.
  7. Drop off at your nearest USPS

You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns/exchanges.

Transit Time: Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange to be processed.
